Nails Nails Nails!

Hi all
Today I thought I would share with you the products I use on my nails to try and keep them strong and healthy. I paint my nails and enjoy it but it does take quite a lot of time to keep painted nails looking nice without any chips, therefore during the week I don't always wear nail polish, but try to keep my nails looking nice and shiny without! Thats why here I have brought together three nail products that I use that don't require lots of time!
Click Here To Find: Vaseline's Hand and Nail Cream
Costing about £2.99
The first product is Vaseline's hand cream for healthy hands and stronger nails. Vaseline do a few hand creams but this is one specially designed to as well as look after your hands make your nails stronger, and I do believe it works! It has a subtle scent and sinks into your skin quickly. The product is also inexpensive and perfect to keep in your bag.

Click Here To Find: Sally Hanson Miracle Cure
Costing about £9.99
This next product is by the brand Sally Hanson, which mainly sell nail polishes however they do sell many nail care products. The one I use is the strengthener because my nails can be quite weak and split often, but since using this product I have noticed a difference and would defiantly recommend it. You can use this either on its own or as a nail polish base coat. There are many other nail care product by the brand Sally Hanson such as nail growth and nail thickener both of which I have not yet tried.

Click Here To Find: Boots Nail Buffer
Costing about £3.50
(This is a slightly different one to mine as I could not find the one I have and it has an extra side)
The final product is a simple 6 sided nail buffer! These are AMAZING! They make your nails look so healthy and shiny without putting anything (chemicals) on them at all. This I think is from boots (but they sell them in most pharmacy's) and only cost a couple of pounds and it was worth it! Although it takes quite a long time to do each nail it is defiantly worth it and I find buffing your nails in front of the TV with a hot chocolate works best!

Thank you for reading, hope you enjoyed, you can follow me on Bloglovin or Subscribe by email in the boxes above. Are there any products you use on your nails that you would recommend, if so please let me know in the comments below, I am always open to trying out new products! Bye for now, see you next week!

Hi all
Today I have decided to do a bonus, chatty post about gratitude, sharing my thoughts and feelings on the subject and for many mock exams are coming up and people are feeling the stress and pressure of their lives.

What is gratitude, to me, gratitude is about being thankful for the things you have in your life such as the important people, pets, things you have achieved, or even meaningful items you have in your life.

In many peoples lives they are always so busy, therefore being grateful for the things they already have done and have achieved gets lost and forgotten in the constant attempt to do more and push themselves harder. This of coarse is not always a bad thing because it's what makes us work harder, achieve more and push ourselves to be better!

However I think that without a break and taking the time to look at all you already have and already achieved this can be a damaging state, mentally and physically. So I encourage you to stop and take the time to appreciate something or someone important to you this could be a close friend or family member and even a your pet (I love animals if you can't tell already!)

How can you bring a state of gratitude into your everyday lives? So I have had think about this one and there are not many things I can think of apart from the obvious. Make a list, of all the things in your life you are grateful for, to keep this current and fresh every day you could write down five things you were grateful for that day. This can also help you to see the positive side of life!
Another thing I heard people do, although have never tried it myself is use real life cues to make themselves feel grateful for the life they live, for example every time you drink a cup of tea (fit this to your own life) you think about something your grateful for!

Thank you for reading, hope you enjoyed my extra ramble! Subscribe by email so you never miss a post and follow me on Bloglovin. Bye for now see you on Thursday!

My Walk!

Hi All,
This week me and my family decided to get out of the house and go for a walk! Obviously we took the dog (if you have a dog you will know a walk without your dog is not the same!) We walked in a really pretty area of the countryside around some lakes. Here on my blog I wanted to share the pictures that I took with you!

Here is the river we walked along. As you can see there were some cows on the other side of the river!

Here is a photo I took looking through the trees and over one of the lakes!

Finally this picture which I think is my favourite. I love the golden colours in the trees and you can see two swans. I find water and lakes like this very calming (I like how the still water reflects the surrounding trees).

This week I want to encourage you to get out of the house and go for a walk either with your family, a friend or on your own to see some countryside you have never seen before. If you live in a busy city you could just go to a local park, but enjoy some time out in the cold crisp air (well it will defiantly be cold if you live in England). Or if you already enjoy and go for regular walks. Let me know if you go for a walk this week in the comments below or you could tweet me a picture of something you saw. My twitter is @Mollyeeez. Thank you for reading!
Bye for now, see you next week!

New Years Goals and Resolutions!

Hi all
Okay so I know this post is a little late but I wanted to do it anyway, and this way I can give you an update of how the first week has gone! I also want to be able to look back at this post in weeks and months to come to see how I have progressed.

What are my goals and resolutions?

To drink more water - I know how important it is to drink water but for reason I still fail to do so (and end up with headaches from dehydration), therefore this year I am going to try harder and put a full water bottle in my bag every day.

To be more positive - On this blog I think that I come across as a positive person but sometimes in life I can't always see the bright side of situations, so I want to work on this in 2017!

To exercise more - This is a typical new years resolution but this year I feel I can do it! I have started Lucy Wyndham-Reads daily fitness videos, they are very motivating and really short so you don't need much time, Click Here To Go To Her Youtube Channel!

To continue blogging - I am really enjoying writing this blog and really want to see it continue throughout 2017 (and hopefully gain some readers and watch it start to grow)

Be kind to myself - I am quite a critical person on myself, about what I do, how I do it and what I look like. This year I want to give myself more praise and a compliment everyday!

To start sailing - Last year I wanted to start sailing and join a sailing club but I never got round to it. This year when the weather gets warmer and hopefully I am fitter thanks to Lucy I want to start (well at least try one session)

How have I done so far?
Its been just under two weeks since I started trying achieve these goals and resolutions so now I am going do an update to see wether I have achieved any of my goals so far.

My first resolution was to drink more water, currently, although I would say I am drinking more water I am no way drinking enough and still feel quite dehydrated but I will keep working on this!

My second resolution was to be more positive and so far I feel that yes I am being more positive! Yay! Things are better when your more positive. Obviously I can continue to work on this as there have been moments when I have let the small things take over.

My next resolution was to exercise more, so far I have definitely exercised more so thats good! With Lucy Whyndam-Read's videos there is one each day, which I am trying to do, however I failed! Well being more positive (see, succeeding in this resolution! Yay!!) I only missed two days and now I am back doing them everyday and I actually feel healthier!

To continue blogging, was my next goal and although of coarse it's not been long enough to see if I have met this goal, but I do know that I am enjoying it very much and woking on some future blog posts!

Be kind to myself- so far I think I have achieved this, I have taken out more time for myself, not been to hard on myself when I can't do something first time, and yes I have given myself a compliment every day. I have found that time for yourself is very important and hopefully I will continue making time for myself!

My final goal was to start sailing, but of coarse that was when the weather improves, so this has not happened yet so this goal is on hold until the summer!

Thank you for reading, let me know in the comments below, what your goals\resolutions are and how you are getting on so far! Subscribe so you never miss a post. Bye for now, see you next week!

What I got for Christmas 2016!

Hi all
It is now 2017! I hope you had a good new year and that you are positive and rearing to go for 2017. Make it a good year! In this post I am going to share with you five of my favourite christmas presents. I did not take all of the images used in this post myself (images with) but here is what I got.

I got this necklace from Oliver Bonas. I love it, its so cute! I could not find this on the website so had to take an image myself, therefore
I can't link it for you. The triangles and semi-circles that look black in the photo are actually a dark blue!

Ted Baker Phone Case
I got this Ted baker phone case. I love the gold in the case go with my perfectly with phone. I have never had one of the flip over cases before but so far it's working well and seems to be protecting my phone.

cathkidston Hot water Bottle
I got this from my Auntie, I love it. I always have hot water bottle throughout winter because I get so cold, my old hot water was a bit tatty and I really love cathkidston!
I love this gift it has so many lovely products inside (all gingerbread scented) and a small wash bag and washy thing (whatever you call those? I have completely forgotten!), but after you use all the products you have the hamper which is really cute. I have mine under my bedroom chair, although nothings in it yet!

My main Christmas present was an Instax mini 8 camera! I really love it, I love having the memories instantly and watching the film develop! I also got a set of little extras to go with the camera that included a case, a selfie lens and a photo album. I also got some extra film!

Once again I hope you had a good Christmas, New year and now you are feeling refreshed and ready to start the year! What was your favourite Christmas present? Let me know in the comments below. Subscribe so you never miss a post! Thank you for reading.
